1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in new, unused condition and returned with all original packaging, including tags, dust bags, or protective covers.
- The item must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Important Note: Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
2. How to Return an Item

- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
- Return Address: Once we have received your return request and RMA number, we will provide the return shipping address.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process after we have received the returned item. Please note that the refund may take additional time depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only a partial refund may be issued, such as if the item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
